How to Claim
All wins must be made within 48 hours of the first. To claim a Jackpot, please contact support@32red.com with the date of your first win. Bonuses are normally credited within a few hours.
- This offer is only valid this month.
- Note! If a player loses a game before they claim a bonus, their streak will be reset. The time a player makes his or her claim will also be reviewed before the bonus is awarded. Only losses in Jackpot tables will affect your eligibility.
- Jackpot bonuses will be capped at $2,000, at which time no more Jackpot bonuses will be awarded for the remainder of this promotion.
- Collusion or fraudulent play (soft-play) is NOT allowed, and all games must pass satisfactory gameplay checks before any bonuses are awarded.
- Players claiming a Jackpot prize after the 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th consecutive win will have in essence reset their winning streak. Any further winnings at this point will not count towards their streak.
- This promotion is restricted to one new customer per household even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
- 32Red Rummy reserves the right to impose further limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where computers are shared (e.g. university campuses).
- 32Red Rummy may, at their sole discretion, limit the eligibility of new customers to participate in this new promotion for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users. No correspondence will be entered into. 32Red's decision will be considered final in the event of a dispute.
